Get a BGR cv::Mat from a buffer, converting YUV formats as needed.
Parameters:
- buf Buffer to convert (must be on CPU transport)
Return: expected
Unlike toMatView(), this always returns a displayable BGR Mat. For NV12/YV12 this allocates a new Mat (color conversion required). For BGR/GRAY/BGRA the returned Mat may reference buffer's internal memory.
