Tracks which contexts hold a demand on this tag per instance. A tag covering multiple independent features (e.g. attribute extraction covering many attributes) is demanded by each of them under a distinct context; the grant is only released once the last context registers its release. Demands/releases without an explicit context are tracked under a reserved default context, preserving single-shot idempotent semantics.
