Log files¶
CVEDIA-RT produces a new log file on every run.
Accessing Log Files on Windows
CVEDIA-RT log files are typically stored in C:\ProgramData\CVEDIA\
which is a hidden folder. To access it, either enable the "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" option, or enter the full path directly into the address bar using (Ctrl+L).

RT Studio¶

Docker¶
If you are running RT through Docker in background mode, you can collect them from within docker by docker logs
.
VMS Plugin for NX Witness, NX Meta, Piko, Wisenet WAVE, DW Spectrum, AlphaVS¶
The log files are stored in your VMS install folder. If our plugin fails to start you may not have CVEDIA-RT logs
, so it's important to also send us NX logs
for proper debugging.
