Log files¶
CVEDIA-RT produces a new log file on every run.
Please, check below to know where to find the log files.
RT Studio¶
The log files are saved in the logs
folder located in the installation folder of RT Studio.
RT Service¶
The log files are saved in the logs
folder located in the installation folder of RT Service.
If you are running RT through Docker in background mode, you can collect them from within docker by docker logs
.
Plugin for NX Witness, NX Meta, Piko, Wisenet WAVE, DW Spectrum¶
The logs files are stored in your VMS install folder:
- Windows: MediaServer/plugins/cvedianxplugin/logs
in C:\Program Files\<VMS Path>
- Linux: mediaserver/bin/plugins/cvedianxplugin/logs
in \opt\<vms path>
Note
The logs
folder may not exists. In this case, create the folder, and reproduce the issue once again.
Note
To stop logging, you can delete the logs
folder.
